Returns and Refunds

Return and refund policies for online bikini stores follow the guidelines established by European and Portuguese legislation. Consumers have the right to return products purchased online within 14 days after delivery without needing to justify the reason. This right is known as the "right of withdrawal" (InoveOnline) (European Union).

To exercise this right, the consumer must communicate their decision to the seller through an unequivocal statement, which can be sent by letter, email, or other available means of communication. The seller, in turn, must refund all payments received, including delivery costs, within a maximum of 14 days after being informed of the return decision (InoveOnline). There are some exceptions to this right of return, such as personalized or custom-made products and intimate hygiene items that have been unsealed, which may include certain types of bikinis (European Union).

Additionally, the store may offer an additional commercial guarantee, but this cannot reduce the minimum rights guaranteed by law, such as the two-year legal guarantee for defective products (European Union).
